We want you to love the pieces you’ve purchased.  If for some reason you don’t, please follow the below policy for your return or exchange:

-Returns are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the date purchased.

-Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the date purchased.

-After 14 days, all sales are final.

-Original receipt is required, and garments must be in original condition with tags still attached.

We can always book into the future.  For bigger bookings, such as pedicures, facials, etc. try to book a couple weeks in advance to ensure you are getting the day/time you want. Shorter services such as facial waxing, manicures, etc. are easier to book and there is a bigger chance of getting in much sooner.

We do take walk-in appointments when we have availability. It is always encouraged to book in appointments to ensure we are able to accommodate you.

We cannot guarantee shellac applications without a manicure. There are important steps in the manicure process to ensure the shellac has a good base and stays on for as long as possible.

The classic is a full service consisting of a soak, filing, cuticle care, callus care (feet), nail trimming, polish application and massage. Luxury services include everything in the classic, plus:

  • heated neck pillow
  • exfoliating scrub
  • paraffin wax treatment (warm wax applied, cozied in warm mitts/boots- it’s very moisturizing)
  • specialty massage (legs or hands)
  • eye treatment mask (pedicures only)
  • swag bag
